How We'll Work Together (Step by Step)

Step 1 · Acceptance ✓
Confirm the quotation

Reply in writing (or sign) to accept Q-AVELIA-2026-001. This confirms the RM500 flat fee and the terms below.
Step 2 · Deposit ✓
Pay the 50% deposit (RM250)

Bank transfer to Cubic Tech Enterprise · Maybank 562870513533 (SSM 202003259391). Work commences once the deposit is received. Reference: INV-AVELIA-DEP-001.
Step 3 · Kickoff & Access (needed)
Share admin access + assets

You provide WordPress admin access and all product photography. Exact September completion date is confirmed at kickoff, on deposit receipt.
Step 4 · Build
We deliver the 3 items

(1) Catalogue image clarity, (2) Checkout navigation repair, (3) Written operations handover guide. One round of revisions included per deliverable (within 7 days of preview).
Step 5 · Review
Preview & one revision

You review previews; one revision round included. Extra rounds are RM300 each (quoted before work).
Step 6 · Final Payment & Handover
Pay balance (RM250) + receive handover

Remaining 50% due on delivery, before credentials are released. Handover = written operations guide (PDF / shared doc) via secure channel. IP transfers to Avelia Scarves on full payment.

Extra: clear stale cart/sold-out entries (once deposit is received).

Scope Boundaries (reminder)

Checkout = UX / navigation repair only. No payment-gateway integration, no card-data handling, no PCI claim.
Images: client supplies all photography; we optimise client-provided imagery only.
Out of scope unless separately quoted: new features, copywriting, hosting, plugin/theme licences, ongoing support, SEO, future payment-gateway work (indicative RM300/gateway).
No reply on Friday / weekends; queries attended next business day.
